Additionally, individuals with certain disabilities may require frequent medical care. Insurance coverage options for disabled individuals include Medicare, Medicaid, Employer-Based Health Insurance, and Private Health Insurance.
The Healthy People 2020 national health target is to increase the proportion of people with health insurance to 100%.
