Oral Health Survey
The Oral Health Program has published its survey for a Needs Assessment. The survey will help the Advisory Committee collect important data that will be used to improve oral health in Mendocino County.
Please fill out the survey on Survey Monkey and send the link to other agencies, companies and groups to disburse to their staff. It is available in English and Spanish and can be downloaded for a print copy. If you would like printed copies for your location, please let Meredyth Reinhard know and she will get them to you.
It is important to receive feedback from all demographics to understand the needs of our community. We want to move the dial on these Oral Health Indicators!
