This website shows data and mapping for populations at-risk of not having their basic needs met due to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. Data is provided at the state, county, ZIP code, and census tract level.
Conduent Healthy Communities Institute (HCI) specializes in providing social determinants of health data to organizations so that they can improve health in the populations they work with. HCI's standard data offering includes health, social, and economic indicators that can be used to identify populations at risk for a range of health and community health issues.
